Have any of you seen a chiropractor before?

How good was it? My back constantly hurts, but most importantly I constantly feel like I have this bone in the middle of my chest that needs to "crack" but I'm scared of bending my back too much so I won't break my spine or something馃槄

Yes, I was treated after a car accident over a period of time. My primary doctor made the referral after an exam. Sounds like you need to see a doctor to see what's the best treatment plan is after an exam.

How were you injured?

@zeeva70 I wasn't injured, my back just constantly feels "out of place" for lack of a better word to describe the feeling
