My heart goes out to Parisians on this sad day
I don't dare compare this to 9/11 as there were no casualties but the same hopeless feeling lingers in the air...

It’s a terrible thing, certainly. But, so far as one can tell at the moment, this was an accident, whereas 9/11 was deliberate.
