Is this paranoia?

So I clicked on my own profile and saw that I have 1500+ profile views. Which means more than 1500 people also clicked on my profile and a few hundred scrolled through my posts maybe judging me😂😂. And of those hundreds I've probably only interacted with about 100 or so. Meaning there are tons of people who viewed my profile, judged me, and left without saying a word to me😅😅
