Parts of Albany are nice, some aren't. Where exactly are you looking?

Is Albany safe? A lot of crime? Does it get a TON of snow like Syracuse? @Lyss23
Albany has a higher crime rate than most of the US, but I think it's due to the more run down areas. I think it gets a little less snow the Syracuse, but does get walloped every now and then. A lot of the towns outside of Albany are pretty nice. I like Clifton Park especially.
