Longest i've ever stayed awake for is 5 days, but I was on a lot of drugs. Longest without drugs was 3 days.

@rickfreeman15 Nah that was years ago when I was like 17. I'm mostly clean now. The 3 days was fairly recent though but I do get insomnia due to psychosis a lot.
