Always
There are things in my life, about me, and that my wife and I share together that I prefer not to openly reveal to just anyone that I know or encounter...but there is nothing really that I am ashamed of and feel the need to hide. If those things I choose not to reveal would be discovered, I would not have a problem owning it or admitting it. I just choose to keep certain things private to avoid any unnecessary conflicts that may arise (conflicts of interest).

Hope I’m allowed to put this as it’s a tiny bit different from your question. I used to hide my bipolar because I was ashamed and embarrassed that I have it. Since I’ve been on here I’ve become more open about it in both my offline and online lives. I’ve connected with others on here that have it too and no longer feel so freaky and alone. I’m blessed that my offline friends have been so supportive and love and accept me still and have started some beautiful friendships with people on SW too💜

I'm tired hiding.
I dunno that I have a reason to hide, but I'll do it anyway.
