Well, because like anything it has its limitations. NHS is good, it will save your life more times than not.. However, we are fortunate that we do have a choice.. we can pay for better service, nicer rooms, more advanced procedures and better surgeons..
This is tho.. we have that choice.. if we don't have money we can just use the NHS... that's not a choice everyone has
