what do you think of bipolar people?

My experience...it can be quite frustrating sad and unbearable.

I've been rated bipolar1. I guess they say its the worst one. Meaning the highs and lows comes in waves like a week at a time.

My son is doing very well as long as he takes his meds, exercises and eats well..he also has a wonderful support system.

@AnukBinary: it a constant battle best thing to do is lock myself in a room and not be let out.

@rageandhate: that's what I do sometimes cause the meds don't work 100%

@rageandhate: may I ask why you don't take your meds?

@Angelita: i dont like them, they make me feel sleepy all of the time. its like a tranquilizer for me and then i cant get anything done.

@Angelita: that's awesome. Because I remember growing up and still to this day my mom is the main person who can calm my down. So I make sure to call her at least twice a week. Also moms are the coolest people ever...

That's good to hear...do you exercise daily and eat well? those along with meds will help a lot.

@Angelita: Oh yes I run every morning before work.. Except today.. I'm sicker than I dead dog.. I usually eat pretty decent. I don't drink milk though. Its gross to me.

People don't understand how frustrating having bipolar came be.. Its not our fault we have chemical imbalances in the brain.
