Do you think that in 15-20 years RAM sizes will be in Terabytes?

20 years ago it was in Megabytes, 10 years earlier it was in Kilobytes.

It may be possible, but developement in that direction doesn't seem to go that fast anymore. It's smartphones which are getting most developement-attention now.
