If you have ever experienced a mental health issue or anything that negatively impacted your life, have you ever been afraid to go back to the place

where you suffered incase it came back? I know that's not logical at all, but it's what I have been experiencing recently and it's frightening.

Yeah when I was in my teens (13-16) I had a lot of depression issues and I was an awful student. Even went to 3 mental hospitals and a school for emotional issues. I completely improved (even went off my drugs cold Turkey though the Doc wasn't happy about it 馃槄) in both areas.

But I have the same problem from time to time. More so when it comes to school, since I think immaturity had to do with my depression. So now I'm a pretty obsessive college student. 馃槄

Anyway, I realized that if you focus on the actions that led you to the place you are now and realize how much you matured over time, then it won't be as scary.
