Is being offended at people being offended by something not offensive, even a thing?

Most of us get called out by SJWs that we're offended by them being offended at something we don't even find offensive to begin with. They're annoyingly justifying their offendedness as legal because its "offensive" for them.

Farting in an elevator is 'legal' too.
But decent people don't do it, cuz it's annoying.

@Budwick how about when we find a green dad joke funny and others get offended by a harmless joke?

I guess my point is the opposite side, normal people, get offended when people find something they don't find offensive, offensive in the first place.

1) What's a green dad?
2) Who is offended by what, again?
