As cool as that noodle bar is, and it IS really fucking cool, why throw clumps of noodles into a track of flowing water. That's both unsanitary and inconvenient.

@BridgeOvertroubledWaters They're just rice noodles. Tasty but I don't understand the point of having them flow down a trough full of running water.
