The IRS shorted me on my refund, with a letter saying the math was wrong. They didn’t include the taxes withheld from a W2 (although they [b]did[/b] include the income reported on that form. They asked me to fax them the forms and they’d correct it. I took them to my tax preparer and he reviewed everything and faxed them.

@TheFragile A real drag. And if I hadn’t had it done professionally I might’ve assumed [b]I[/b] made the mistake.
