Because 3/4 of the people I know who smoked pot in high school, nowadays are either in jail or dead from meth, heroin, coke, etc.
Of course, all the advocates will swear up & down that it isn't a gateway drug... I hope they remember saying/thinking that 10-15+ years from now when they're lying in the floor choking on their own vomit...🙄

@wildbill83 i bet there was a lot more that u didnt know smoked that turned out ok. Most ppl i know who smoke pot is the only drug they use. Pretty much everyone that went on to try harder was prescribed adderall n other pills way before they ever tried pot. That's what i feel is the real gateway. If pot does influence anyone to try harder it's because after learning pot isnt as bad as they say it's easy to assume they lied about other drugs too. If u teach kids pot is not as bad as alcohol but other drugs are really bad i bet the gateway theory would disappear
