Very dangerous think to do. In a gentleman's magazine there used to be an article called 'Grub Smith Investigates' which was entertaining but also was well written enough for you to be able to almost feel the experience yourself, there were loads of articles and some of those I remember were being pegged, using an over sized penis extension and BDSM which included suffocation.
