We are sinful but we are capable of wonderful things too.

Honestly i think bad.. because history shows how hateful and ignorant we can be. Maybe everyone is born selfish and depending how you live can chnage that?
SamiJane · 31-35, F
I think that human nature is inherently good but a few bad seeds is all it takes for depravity to spread. So while we all start out good, I think that the majority of "bad people" tend to have been the initial victim of a bad situation more so than being the start of a problem.

Morals are a social construct. You learn what is acceptable and what is not and your morals are formed around that, what you’ve been taught is good or bad. Humans are human. We have both ‘good’ and ‘bad’ in us just like every other animal.

Questionable as to whether there is such a thing. So how can you judge whether it's 'good' or 'bad' at it's core ?
FreestyleArt · 31-35, M
Depends on our sinful ways or at least try to control ourselves I guess
Its both which is what's different about humans, we are unpredictable

I'm more inspired by the good in people, then I'm ever disappointed in the bad.

I think babies are neutral for the most part. They absorb what they experience and learn from their caregivers and surroundings.

At the core we are good to each other, which helps us thrive as a social species. There are bad actors who take advantage of that goodness, but it is the minority.

We are not good to other species. We've dominated our way to the top through the Extinction of several other creatures. However such is not an abnormality in nature and another species would be likely to do it to us if they could and stood to gain.
