Do any non cause and effect events happen inside our brain?

@llamaboy I knew you would do this to me...ok..drugs,if they count.I was also hit over the head with a baseball bat years ago,and my vision,total perception was exactly identical to a TV screen when not tuned.Do either of these count? 🙂
