It鈥檚 real confusing in the summer because only the south eastern states have daylight savings. Perth is 2 hours behind us in winter and in summer they are 3 behind, Darwin 1/2 hour behind in winter but 90 minutes behind in summer. Brisbane are same time as Melb and Sydney in winter but one hour behind in summer, lord Howe island is half hour ahead in winter and same time as us in summer. (Their daylight savings is added by 1/2 hour instead of one hour.@Moosepantspatty]
