Why do people send you a pm with one word or random words thinking you'll know what they are talking about?

If we've never spoken before why would i respond to a message like [i][b]'everyday'[/b][/i]? I mean what's the context?

@shaelan i dont get it, i have nothing to go by, and it makes me less likely to respond.
Thanks for trying to see from their perspective for me, i still don't get it, that could be in regards to anything then.
