Aren't the black people that target and kill police officers pretty much the same as the KKK?
Those killing officers aren't any better than the ones that killed people because of their race.

No. The KKK killed men, women and children for decades. Several Klansmen hid behind badges, btw, and kept other from being charged with crimes. What's going on with individuals who have killed law enforcement officers (including a black patrolman, btw) is deplorable and those who've done are in jail or dead. So while both are horrible, you can't rationally compare the two. The Klan is a domestic terrorist organization established specifically to oppress blacks and other groups, and it's been allowed to continue existing for over a hundred years.
