@VioletRayne Well, yes, more violent crime is committed by men, but women are catching up... Spousal abuse is pretty much running at 50/50 these days, and women kill infants more than men do, and without 'Toxic Masculinity' as a cause!

The media is constantly portraying men as the bad guy, or stupid, or incompetent, or just replacing positive male role models entirely... If we really lived in a patriarchal society then that wouldn't be happening at all.

How can removing a positive male role model from a young boys's life help in ANY way?

They portray women as vapid, vain, useless. That’s just the media it plays on your insecurities for monetary gain. Always has. Have you seen the way they portray People of Color are you kidding me?

@VioletRayne No, I am talking about actual murder.

Well, mainly, just recently they have been removing the positive male figures from science fiction franchises... An area that is primarily of interest to men.

Now, you see, I would not really notice anything about the portrayal of People of Colour as I've not had enough real world interaction with them to say whether or not the portrayals were true to life or not.

Just as I am not sensitive to, nor have I noticed women being portrayed negatively... I am not saying that it doesn't happen of course. I have just primarily noticed things that affect my own race and gender as that's the group I am most concerned about, being a member of that group.
