What is it about me that makes people think im a teenager?

I am tall ...5’9 im 22 (now)
And I dont think I act any younger than anyone in my age group, for sure
Anyone else?

I'd say complexion. I have and older and younger brother. But because I had less acne and better skin everyone thought I was the youngest of the three of us.
