True story:
I worked in an office and we often likened the goings on there to being like a sitcom, anyway the National Lottery jackpot was huge, something like £125,000,000 so we set up a syndicate and people were having premonitions and visions of us winning it and all sorts. I bought the tickets took them into work, photocopied them and stuck the copies on the noticeboard. Must admit with all the excitement, I was starting to believe it all myself. Anyway I was looking out of the window thinking, 'how else would a sitcom finish that would see so many people leave all at once? Then I realised I was staring out over an active airfield where 747 airframed craft landing on it every day...
