@SW-User Man, I've always wanted to climb Ayers Rock, I hope that tourists bann doesn't last long.

I e never been myself but always wanted to see. They banned the climb for a couple of reasons, one main one it being sacred land to the aborigines for thousands of years. Also tourists have been known to go #1 or #2 straight into the rock as it does take a while to climb up and no toilet avaliable.@Lostpoet
