How often do you wear Dresses

I tend to wear one almost everyday. If not a dress usally a Skirt, with a nice blouse.

It is the same for me; I wear a dress or skirt and blouse every day. Jeans are reserved for certain outdoors activities and I would never go to town or even our own little village when not wearing a dress or skirt and blouse.
