If someone is a bully shouldn't they be called out?

The main issue about calling people out will always be what's up and what's down. In posts calling others out we tend to usually only having one side presented, and the presenter will understand to position themselves as innocent. We got TOS at place, and we got a reporting system/tools at our hand here. As for public posts it really depends on presentation. Your posts yesterday were out of line as they weren't presenting anything but you calling out another member here for being a bully but never adding any substance to your claims. There will be better ways dealing with issues like this, and I've already mentioned them, talk to mods/admins and let them handle it, if there's anything to handle.
