@Sicarium listen here, the only justifiable reason to declare a national emergency is that there is no other option to get the money for the wall than just the national emergency. Which means that he had no other option but to do it. It would've been fine if he said "ok folks I had no other choice but to do this" but instead he said that it was optional and that he didn't NEED to it's just that he wants the money faster to fix a stupid problem. Oh and by the way the wall doesn't help anything, they built the wall in El paso? Great it actually didn't do anything.
