Can somebody be a dom and a sub at the same time?
Like dom with everyone in their life, but a sub with their partner? or vice versa. Does that ever happen?

@Dan193 Yes...In a D/s relationship you can be Dominant, submissive OR switch between them (sometimes with different partners, but not always). But I think you mean as others have said being a boss at work and sub at home? That is often because the power exchange is relaxing away from running a company/high stress job.
