Do you have someone who calms you?
What I mean is just being around them brings a wave of calming sensations to you? Like do nothing not even talk if you don’t want to but they just immediately give you calmness?

Yes and No. I prefer to be on my own for absolute calm but enjoy being with my loved ones and good friends too but they don’t give me that Ommmmm I need to be on my own for the chakra to work 🧘🏻♀️
