I went through an emo phase. Only listened to alternative rock, hair was always dyed black with streaks of a rainbow color, solid black eye makeup with lots of eyeliner and nails always painted black. And I had a whole a ton of teen angst and moodiness. This phase went from 8th-11th grade...so way too long.

I went through this phase where I had friends because they actually liked me, I thought. That was a good year.
