When emergency vehicles are on the shoulder, do you move over?

You should. It keeps people safe.
The driver in front of me didnt move over while two people were changing a tire on the shoulder. I got a look at the driver, who was wearing a reflective vest. So he of all people, should know the importance of moving over😐️

I always yield to emergency vehicles as soon as I see and/or hear them - I pull over out of their way, put on my flashers, and stop, and I move over into the other lane when they are on the shoulder. Also: When I pull over and stop for an emergency vehicle, I always wait for a minute or so, because sometimes another emergency vehicle is not far behind. When I lived in a smaller town, that was often the case - police car or fire truck first, then an ambulance, or some combination thereof.
