Yes but there could be bad complications

If you are thinking about doing it see a therapist first and discuss why you can't feel comfortable in your own body, before you start taking it apart.

Yes, it's possible to remove ribs. That being said, you ribs protect your vital organs and really are needed..I see you are transgender, that's great, but being born male, your body (pelvis) is made to be male and is therefore not "hippy" and removing ribs won't change that, it will just leave you unprotected and disfigured
I truly don't know. Given that its purpose is to protect the heart and lungs and for muscle to attach to, I'd give it very careful consideration before I took that step.

There was a rumor years ago that ... um ... Marilyn Manson? had a rib or ribs removed so he could...um...be more limber, but I don't know😀
Hmmm... we can try if you want, Bella. I'll need a table, a tablecloth and a set of dinner knives...maybe a spoon.... oh, and one of those meat mallets,; I don't really know what they do but I am willing to find out. I can't be more considerate than that.

@MizzBella Well, good luck with it. It does sound kind of extreme...

Yes. I wouldn’t suggest it. I would suggest hormones first.
