A saw a video taken at Disney land or somewhere of winney the poo coming up to a boy in a wheelchair and loving all over him. It was cute, and whoever it was in that suit knew exactly how to handle that kid. It was very loving

first choice i learned from such people.
treat them as normally as you can. be ready to help, but let them strive if they choose

My brother has downs, so it comes natural to accommodate them. :)

I observe in case they need help but I don’t make it an issue by instantly running to their assistance because I don’t want them to feel pittied

I do my best to help or accommodate anyone who needs or asks for help but I try not to make assumptions about what they need

A simple nod in solidarity or I'll speak up for someone (including myself) if I see an unfair accessibility issue.
