but tbh it's not just the American court system, it's almost all the countries court systems that don't punish sexual offenders properly. In India, the girl is blamed because she might have dressed suggestively or flirted with the guy. In India, girls can't even wear shorts without being judged. Sure there are Indians that know girls aren't to blame, but not enough.
