So I shave my upper lip

But it leaves black dots that are kinda noticable. How do I make them go away\smooth my lip? I'm 17f

"Waxing" was going to be my suggestion.

It's also potentially something birth control pills could help with, if your lip is fuzzy because of a slight hormone imbalance. That would be a discussion best had with your doctor, though, rather than the crowd here.
