Is this an okay answer for "what is your greatesr weakness?"

My greatest weakness had always been putting others in front of me instead of beside me. I became self aware and started working on it last August. Now, instead of putting others first and making sure they are okay, I know how to use teamwork, so I am focusing on myself as well and getting what I need to get done exceptionally while helping out where I'm needed.
