its not that big a deal
I had one down my throat and I was not sedated
He sprayed something in my throat
tried to hold my tongue ,that didn't go so well
and when I told him to let me calm down
leave my tongue alone and he could proceed
all went fine
If they are going to put you out
just enjoy the nap
and I have service connected PTSD

oh its a piece of cake. Little IV gets started, then they tell you its time and suddenly you are waking up. Its like you skipped over that endoscopy to waking up. About 30 mins later you can go home

You don't have to have a general. I have had this twice local anesthesia. Tastes like banana. If you can relax it's better. They are there to support you and they will help you.
Oh you mean an endoscope? I thought you mean the camera pill.
