If you ever had an accident (knock on wood) and you got amnesia, do you think you'd find your SW account?

or will it forever be lost in the ether?

Either I or one of my family members would. My login info is saved to my computer, and the URL is auto-filled by my computer when I type the letter 's' at this point. It would be an interesting source of info, since I post a lot of stuff here that I'm not willing to share with any of my family or friends.

@BlueVeins That's right. An account like this would be the perfect tool for an amnesiac.
Though I sometimes think if that would happen, I'd forget all my passwords, because I haven't wrote them down anywhere. I feel like it defeats the purpose of a password if you write it somewhere where somebody could find it and read it.

@puck61 A quote?
@SweetMae Jim Morrison! My sick twisted dead mentor.
Lost and gone forever.

I think I would be able to find it. My account's password is auto saved on my laptop, so all it takes for me is to come across the website.
Dan193 · 31-35, M
@deadgerbil Yeah, you'll probably check your history and get all of these results from sw. I always log out of mine, so I won't even know my username.
If we had amnesia, we would not know how to use our computers and laptops or smart phones.
@Dan193 No. I'm just a goose.
Dan193 · 31-35, M
@puck61 oh, ok puck
@Dan193 Well, I'm a blue footed booby, but "goose" will do.

I forget about it with amnesia so it's lost either way lol

Maybe I would be curious to click on it sees where it goes? It's hard to say when there would be so many unknown factors having their own impacts on me :)
Dan193 · 31-35, M
@Kaitlyn08 Yeah, since your account is practically empty, I don't know how much it would help you to find it, but for some I feel like sw would be the perfect tool as amnesiac, to read their past thoughts and memories through the posts they made on here.
Kaitlyn08 · 26-30, F
Yeah haven't been very active on here, only got an SW account because EP shut down so I have to say I'm not very attached to it :) but yes, I think it would to read and see what your former self liked, and thought :)
ScarletWitch · 31-35, F
Nah. Someone would let me know
Dan193 · 31-35, M
@ScarletWitch You have people in your life that know of your SW?
ScarletWitch · 31-35, F
@Dan193 yes
Dan193 · 31-35, M
@ScarletWitch alright, so you'd be back learning about yourself through your posts, in no time.

It'll be gone forever 😔
Dan193 · 31-35, M
@wackidywack Yeah, sad though
