What do you do when you feel like a complete loser?

I think about what not loser people have and do and I try to imitate it.

I’ve heard doing something good for others helps you feel better too. Like altruism except if you’re doing it to make yourself feel better then it’s not exactly altruism I think. 🤷🏻‍♀️
