Help meeee

So there's that weird thing that sometimes it's kinda hard for me to breathe. And my mind kinda isn't here, I can't explain that feeling. It just scares me. And I didn't really have appetite these last days.. I just feel like somethings stuck in my throat. Maybe someone knows what could it be??
