Serious Question: If people go to concerts and take illegal drugs, should we try and prevent this

Down under we are having a crisis, thousands are going to concerts and some are taking illegal drugs. Some people want the government to provide free drug testing. If that is the case it means they support illegal drugs

@Tminus6453 as I see it that's cos Generation Y is slowly infiltrating institutions of power, but don't worry generation Z is already much more conservative...from statistical point of view.
