I do like Die Hard, but there IS no movie "women like." The question is, what sort of movies does YOUR woman (or potential woman) like? The best way to find that out is to ask her.

@Dan193 I love the old schmaltzy ones, but I'm not 22-25. Out of Africa is a great movie and has a great love story (he dies at the end so maybe you'll get to hold her while she cries).
