Did you ever try no contact with an ex? How did it go?

I'm on day 4 of no contact! It's so hard, how long does it take to forget someone?

It takes time ..take it a day at a time ..the first week is the hardest but then afterwhile it will get to where you wont be thinking about him as much

@RadiantRuby i know the feeling ..promise it will get better ..most of the things your probably feeling is your used to him ,used to the situation ,so now your not used to freedom or making your choices ..now is the time to FOCUS on you ! This is your me time you havent had in so long !
