Did you ever try no contact with an ex? How did it go?

I'm on day 4 of no contact! It's so hard, how long does it take to forget someone?

I haven't had contact in nearly 5 years. It is a blessing. I don't miss him one bit. I have moved on. I would like to forget all of the bad which far outweighs what little good we had. Work on moving forward, RR. That is the best thing.

Thanks for Best Answer. Ex means ex for a reason. My son is an adult so I don't need to have any contact with the ex. My life is happier now than ever before. Moving forward in freedom sings!
