What food did you always hate as a kid but now love as an adult?

There actually isn't any. But the only thing I really despised as a kid was canned spinach. If anything, I've become a more picky eater as I've gotten older. Life's too short for mediocre food.

@Sicarium Canned spinach smells nasty. I love fresh or fresh cooked spinach though.
