Try to get as warm as possible, get dressed with everything you have and go lay in your bed and try to sleep.

@Vgore0304 That's probably because you don't eat. Drink something, milk, juice, even water, or grab a small snack, so your stomach won't be empty all the time. That takes like 5 minutes, also you'll walk and get your feet a little bit warmer.
Also did you do that bottle filled with hot water tip I gave you once? That for real helps to get you comfortable.

@Vgore0304 Try eating more vegetables, if you're trying to lose weight. Like baked or boiled potatoes, soup, pumpkin, baked eggplant. Basically look up on youtube how to easily prepare vegetables. Having roasted meat, it's delicious, but got to keep to your diet. Also vegetables are usually way cheaper than other foods, so you could save money too.
