No, it takes a huge amount of energy and input to make me feel confident.

@summersong that sucks :( how come? can't you take a more better powersource or more efficient vessel?

@popmol it comes from lots of years of being told all the things I should change about myself, coupled with the way my brain works. It takes a lot of work to overcome and I don’t know that I ever will completely.
