well, labelling bullying as "toxic masculinity" implies that it's somehow a "masculine" trait, which in turn implies that women can't do so, or at least, if they do it is their "masculine" side to blame.
If anyone does not see what is wrong in that video, then they are either purposely ignoring it or plain stupid. And stupidity cannot be cured.
