@SW-User I´m in Buenos Aires, at our South hemisphere summer with 62°F this morning. So, not a bit of snow.

I love snow. It remembers me my early childhood in a colder mountainside area.
But we very rarely snows in Buenos Aires, even in winter.

It looks lovely on the trees. The road it really messes up . @CharlieZ

@SW-User I can imagine what you are saying, yes.
Snow and extreme cold wheather is best enjoyed looking thru a window of a warm room than being out there!
How is climate along the year where you are from?

Fluctuates. Four seasons . I love autumn then spring. Even summer I can deal with. But I walk a lot and long distances so ice really puts a damper on me.@CharlieZ

@SW-User Life in rural and / or wild aresa is certainly different than in big cities.
I took a weekend, last one, (420 miles from home) where I swimmed in the creeks, same place that was covered with snow on winter.

Its beautiful and so different isn’t it? Im from the city . Hood actually. I grew up in the bario and when I come here its so quiet and peaceful and beautiful. Cornfields and pinebarrens. Im an outdoors type. @CharlieZ

@SW-User Im also an outdoors type.
And yes, there is beauty in wilderness.
Though this, I live in a quiet barrio of my city.
My daughters live not so far from my house and that keeps me around.
As I live alone, wouldn´t be the same in an isolated place as is for the ones with family living together.
I use to go outdoors frequently, weekends, vacations.
And till a pair of years ago, some tasks of my profession lead me to stay in wild areas, sometimes for months, sometimes with the nearest neighbour being 40 miles far, no roads, only a boat by the Paraná river.

I understand. I stay where I am for different reasons and I really hate it there. Its a pretty bad area.@CharlieZ
