Fallout 76 servers are going to close.
Activision Blizzard will go out of business after a big fraud case.
Bethesda will release Elder Scrolls 6 early to make up for lost profits due to FO76 failure.
EA will cancel another good single player game.

@TeirdalinFirefall I'mma need more details on the Blizzard case. We all know EA is shit. They butchered my favorite horror game, Dead Space.

@Rokasu I agree about Dead Space, the lead developer was sooo passionate about his project too. Did you hear how they canceled a really cool sounding Star Wars Single Player Sandbox game the other day that was apparently in dev for over a year now.
Anyways; So it's mostly Activision screwing up things.
They're currently being investigated for fraud, and the person in charge of finances just got a bonus of 15 million dollars because why not. Atop of that they just lost Destiny to Bungie finally deciding on leaving them after Activision was pushing for more and more micro transactions and for them to release D3 this year, and some of the head people at Blizzard including the founder quit now allowing Activision pretty much complete control.
So I don't really see things going very well with them in the near future; which is a shame since Blizzard made some of my favorite games.

@TeirdalinFirefall I watched an interview with the senior project manager over Dead Space and how he planned out the original. One of his rules was "Issac doesn't speak". That alone ruined the game for me in Dead Space 2. I still liked it but damnit, I didn't want Issac to be anything more than a psychological presence.
Blizzard is already fucking up. Their only solid game atm is Starcraft, and I highly doubt they'll be able to keep that up. All the remasters are good but WoW is finally coming to a slow death. It's still the best non-Korean MMO in the market, but the game is so damn boring with all the casualness thrown in.

@Rokasu I agree. I miss WoW as it was in the WoTLK times specifically. It's only just going to get worse now with Activision essentially in charge where their primary goal is purely to make the stock holders happy.
(And they can't even do that right, as they apparently tell their stock holders that their next big game is to make as much as fortnite does, which is absurd.)
